Every product forged under our name is built with intention, tested for performance, and worthy of your ritual.
But if your first purchase doesn’t strike true, we’ll make it right—with a replacement, store credit, or refund (shipping costs refunded only if the issue was our error).
That’s The Forge Promise.
We don’t deal in disappointment.
How It Works
Tried it and didn’t love it? Notify us within 7 days of delivery to claim:
- A replacement to try again, OR
- Store credit or a refund per our policy (minus shipping).
Eligibility Terms
- Applies to your first purchase of a product type.
- Must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be gently used (not nearly empty or untouched).
- You must have followed the usage instructions—because self-care takes effort too.
- Certain items cannot be returned: custom or personalized products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.
- Return Deadline: Once approved, the item must reach us within 30 days of delivery.
How to Activate The Forge Promise
Email support@kelgavianforge.com with:
- Your order number
- A short message about what didn’t work
- A photo of the product’s current state
If your request is approved, we’ll email full return instructions (and a shipping label only if the return is our error).
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
If you selected a refund and your return is approved, we’ll issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed receipt of your return and you haven’t seen the refund, contact support@kelgavianforge.com.
Note: Original shipping isn’t refunded unless the issue was our error.
Store Credit
If you selected store credit and your return is approved, we’ll email you a digital store credit (gift card code) within 3 business days of receiving your item. You can use it on future purchases at kelgavianforge.com.
Store credit applies to product subtotal and doesn’t cover shipping or taxes. It’s non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
If you don’t see your store credit 5 business days after we confirmed receipt, contact support@kelgavianforge.com.

Boundaries (Gotta Have ’Em)
- One-time use per product type, per customer.
- No coverage for products used well beyond testing (a.k.a. nearly empty).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You’re responsible for any additional shipping fees for returns or reshipments unless the issue was our error.
- No swaps for scents or “just curious” purchases—The Promise is for true mismatches, not mood swings.
- Not covered: shipping damage, tampering, or defects caused by storage, accidents, or misuse.
Why We Do This
Because trust is forged, not handed out.
