Every product forged under our name is built with intention, tested for performance, and worthy of your ritual. But if your first purchase doesn’t strike true, we’ll make it right—with a store credit or replacement.

That’s The Forge Promise.
We don’t deal in disappointment.

How It Works Tried it and didn't love it?
Within 7 days of delivery, you can claim:

1. A replacement to try again, OR
2. Store credit or refund per our policy (minus shipping).

Eligibility Terms
Applies to your first purchase of a product type.
Must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be gently used (not nearly empty or untouched).
Must have followed the usage instructions—because self-care takes effort too.

How to Activate The Promise
Email us at info@kelgavianforge.com with:

1. Your order number
2. A short message about what didn’t work
3. A photo of the product’s current state

Boundaries (Gotta Have ’Em)
One-time use per product type, per customer.
No coverage for products used well beyond testing (a.k.a. nearly empty).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for all additional shipping fees for returns or reshipments, unless the issue was our error.
No swaps for scents or curiosity purchases gone sideways—The Promise is for true mismatches, not mood swings.

Not covered: Damage in shipping, products that look tampered with, or defects caused by storage, accidents, or misuse. If it’s on the carrier or the delivery gremlins, that’s outside our forge fire.

Because trust is forged, not handed out.
