From our Forge to your door, we package with purpose. No lazy labels, no shortcuts—just gear packed tight and sent right.

Processing Time

Orders ship in 1–2 business days.

Shipping Method

  • Tracked delivery via USPS/UPS. You’ll get an email with tracking when it hits the road.
  • U.S. only at this time.
  • Shipping Cost (Outbound)
  • FREE on all orders.
    (If a promo or threshold applies, your cart will show it at checkout.)

Returns & Exchanges (Quick Version)

  1. Contact Deadline: Email support@kelgavianforge.com within 7 days of delivery to start a claim.
  2. Return Deadline: Once approved, your item must arrive back within 30 days of delivery.
  3. Return Shipping: You cover return shipping unless the issue was our error (wrong item, defective, damaged on arrival).
  4. Refunds: Product price only; original shipping isn’t refunded unless we messed up.
  5. Non-returnable: custom/personalized items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, final-sale items, and gift cards.
  6. Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

  • Email support@kelgavianforge.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • If it’s on us, we’ll make it right and send a prepaid return label if a return is needed.

After It’s Marked Delivered

Once the carrier marks a package Delivered, responsibility transfers. If something’s missing, check with neighbors and the carrier; we’ll help where we can.
