Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship in 1–2 business days (2–4 on peak drops). Tracking hits your inbox the second it prints.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE  as of 9.25.25. No hidden charges, no surprises.

Where do you ship?
U.S. only for now. International is coming—join 1420 FORGE for first notice when the gates open.

Do you refund shipping if I return something?
Only if the issue was our error (wrong item, defect, etc.). Otherwise shipping is non-refundable.

Returns & The Forge Promise

What is the Forge Promise?
If your first purchase of a product type doesn’t strike true, notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement, store credit, or refund. We don’t deal in disappointment.

Any fine print?
Limited/seasonal drops and bundles may be exchange/credit only. Shipping isn’t refundable. Serial returners? We reserve the right to block (don’t be that legend).

What do I need to qualify?
First purchase of that product type.
Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Product gently used (not empty or untouched).
You followed the usage instructions.
Exclusions: custom/personalized items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.

How do I start a Forge Promise claim?
Email support@kelgavianforge.com with:
   Your order number
   A short note on what didn’t work
   A photo of the product’s current state
   We’ll reply with return instructions (and a prepaid label only if the issue was our error).

Return window once approved:
The product must arrive back to us within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds & Store Credit:
Refund: Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the item (banks may take longer to post).

Store Credit: Digital credit emailed within 3 business days of receipt; applies to product subtotal only, not shipping/taxes.

Ingredients & Ethics

What’s inside your products?
Only the good stuff: clean, rugged, no-nonsense. Full INCI names on every product and on our site.

Do you test on animals?
Only on the most spoiled bearded men. (No animals harmed, ever during our handmade productions.)

Are Kelgavian Forge products nut free?
No. Many formulas use nut-derived oils. If you have a serious nut allergy, do not use our products.

Beard Oil & Balm

What does Mane Roots Beard Oil do?
Hydrates skin, softens hair, kills itch and flakes, adds a clean sheen. Less porcupine, more polished.

How do I use Beard Oil?
After a warm shower: drop 3–8 (depending on beard game) → warm in palms → massage into skin first, then through beard → finish with a comb/brush.

What does Mane Roots Beard Balm do?
Conditioning + light hold. Tames flyaways, adds shape, seals in moisture.

How do I use Beard Balm?
Pea to dime size → warm between fingers → rake through → shape with comb/brush.

How much do I use & how long will it last?
Oil: 2–12 drops (size-based) lasts ~1–3 months per 30 ml.
Balm: pea–nickel (size based) amount lasts ~1–2 months per 100 g.

What’s in them?
Beard Oil: Premium blend of MCT, jojoba, grapeseed, apricot kernel, kukui, avocado, argan, sweet almond, olive-derived squalane, green tea, sea buckthorn + Vitamin E.
Beard Balm: 10 premium oils + rich butters + plant wax. Packaged in a matte black jar with an ox horn scoop.

Beard Growth & Care

When should I start using it?
From day one of growth—prevents itch and flake storms.
Established beard: daily oil, balm as needed. Consistency beats chaos.

Will it make my beard grow?
No miracles—genetics decide growth. What we do: We deliver healthier skin, stronger/softer hairs, reduce breakage, and a fuller look.

Can Mane Roots fix patchy genetics?
Nope. If we could rewrite DNA, we’d be on a yacht. We optimize what you’ve got.

Any tips?
Be consistent for 8–12 weeks: oil, wash, balm/trim. Patience + routine > panic.
